DJ E
For nearly a decade now, DJ Ian Carisi has been maintaining the steady rhythm of dancefloors on both the East and West coasts and now Europe.
Dance music aficionados first became aware of Ian in 1998 when he appeared as a radio personality and disc jockey on KSJS (90.5 FM) in California. His mixes on their show “The House Party” helped to propel that program to Number 1 in its market. He also hosted and programmed the “Planet E” show and revolutionized the dance music scene in the San Francisco Bay Area. This success eventually led him across the coast to the Big Apple (NYC) for similar duties at the station WFNY (89.3 FM).
It wasn’t long before the NY club circuit was opening their doors for Mr. Carisi to helm the turntables and when the millennium dawned he had already performed at some of New York’s most prestigious clubs – Tunnel, Limelight, and Roxy – just to name a few.
DJ Ian Carisi continues to awe and inspire clubheads and fellow DJs alike, as some of his most recent positions included spinning at Exit and Avalon in New York to Sound Factory and 1015 in San Francisco. From the pulsating rhythms of the dancers and the throbbing beats, it is highly unlikely that he has any limitations to his craft.
Today DJ E now resides in Moscow Russia. He has DJed at clubs such as Fabrique, Fresh, M-Seven, Rublev, and Relax Bar in Moscow.
Paul Goodyear
Producer DJ Paul Goodyear is an extraordinary DJ and an international phenomenon that has become a brand name in the industry. He regularly headlines some of the biggest entertainment events in the world. His style encapsulates an incredible range – most recently he combines hypnotic tribal, dynamic disco, electro funk and house to create a signature style all his own. With many artists struggling to stay relevant as musical trends come and go and technology changes the playing field, Paul has shown a remarkable gift for not just staying abreast of these trends, but for contributing to them and shaping them himself.
Originally from Sydney and currently based in San Francisco Paul has been the headlining DJ for many of world’s highest-profile clubs and parties over 25 years. The Bay Area Reporter called Paul Goodyear a “world-renowned mix master.” Dance Music Authority Magazine called him a “Disco dignitary” and Gay News Network labelled him a “DJ Sensation.” Paul has headlined at internationally recognised events including regular appearances at Sydney’s annual GLBT Mardi Gras, where he performs for audiences of up to 24,000. He performed at Euro-Pride in 2008; at the closing party of Nation04 in Singapore, hailed by Time Magazine as a “3 day festival of international proportions”; The prestigious Fire Island Pines Party in 2002; Atlantis Events cruises since 2006; Folsom Street’s Magnitude Party in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and at both the opening and closing ceremonies of the Gay Games held in Sydney in 2002.
Paul held the longest standing Saturday night residency in Australian history by performing from 1999 to 2006 at ARQ nightclub in Sydney. Here, he combined his love of the hi-NRG, circuit and disco styles to create an uplifting journey every Saturday night for 7 years. His infamous DJ sets at ARQ drew such a cult following that clubbers would often be seen in t-shirts bearing the slogans such as “God is a DJ and his name is Paul Goodyear”. It was during this time that he established himself as the master of the marathon set, with many of his solo sets lasting over 14 hours. Simultaneously and since, Paul played at high profile events all over the world, including throughout Australia, London, Amsterdam, Rio de Janeiro, Barcelona, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bali, Mexico, Auckland and Madrid. It is clear when promoters want results, they look to Paul Goodyear as a DJ of choice. Katrina Marton, currently Head of Events at New Mardi Gras has worked with Paul on events for the Gay Games, The Sydney GLBT Mardi Gras and for the City of Sydney. She says “Mardi Gras has used Paul as a headliner on several occasions, including in 2008, which was our 30th anniversary. For an event such as this, we have the choice of practically any DJ in the world – and it is no small testament to his extraordinary talent that we chose Paul. In large part to his fantastic ability to work a crowd of thousands of people into a frenzy with his music, the event was a resounding success.”
Not only is Paul a respected DJ, he is a perfectionist wizard in the studio with his musical catalogue the envy of DJs from Milan to Miami. With 20 years experience and over 250 releases as a remixer, writer and producer. Paul’s credits include remixes for singers such as Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton and Ultra Nate. His world-class reputation, and technical expertise combined with his uncanny ability to capture the personality of a performer on record has lead to Paul remixing and producing for the likes of Tina Cousins, Tina Arena, Love Tattoo, Supanova, Ernest Kohl and countless more musical talents. In addition to founding his own record labels “Ace DJ Remix Service” and “Tomcat Music”, Paul has contributed to BMG records, Universal, Sony Music, Central Station Records, DMC records, Centaur Music, Vapour Recordings, FFRR, Direct Hit, MaxRoxx Music and more. His cover version of Sylvester’s “Take me to Heaven” was picked up by acclaimed TV series Queer as Folk. Recent notable works include Linda Clifford’s “How Long” and Wayne G with Peyton’s “Ur the Best Thing”
His tracks are not only critically acclaimed, but they are commercial smash hits. In 2008 Kristine W’s “The Boss” remixed by Paul reached number 1 on the Billboard Club Play chart. Deborah Cooper’s “Real Love” reached #4 and Taylor Dayne’s “”How Many” hit #8. Demonstrating an ear for pop music, Paul produced the Deep Obsession Album, “Infinity” which scored three #1 hits on the New Zealand pop charts. Paul is also a constant fixture on club buzz charts worldwide. A recent remix of Fierce Angel’s Oxford Hustlers and Katherine Ellis “Love you More” is currently sitting at number 1 on the Gaydar Radio’s “Your choice chart”.
Innovation, in this industry, lies at the soul of the art and there is no greater innovator than Paul Goodyear. He not only entertains audiences, he inspires them. Spend an evening on the master’s dance floor and you will see that he is at once both generous and bold – he makes daring choices, while constantly paying attention to the mood of the crowd and the spirit of the event. You will leave knowing that you have witnessed someone still very much at the top of his game, doing what he loves and sharing this love with you.
Julian Marsh

Julian’s interest in music goes back to his childhood where he attempted to play just about every instrument in his school orchestra. He focused on the violin, but also grew to love brass instruments, such as the trumpet. Along the way Julian taught himself to play the piano and the harmonica.
In 1994, Julian was asked to DJ a private party in a one bedroom apartment in New York City for a friend. Julian had never Deejay’d before, but because of his love for dance music, he agreed. A New York City club promoter heard Julian, and asked him to become a resident DJ at the Limelight in New York. That was the start of Julian’s DJ career.
In 1996 Julian was asked to DJ his first Circuit Party in Austin, Texas. Other Circuit Parties quickly followed, and Julian became one of the top Circuit DJs in the world playing such events as: Winter Party Miami, Black and Blue Montreal, Halloween New Orleans, Saint At Large New York, Red Party Columbus, etc.
Also, in 1996, Julian attended the Miami Winter Music Conference. While having lunch, a record company executive asked Julian to produce his first dance remix, Lonnie Gordon’s “If You Really Love Me”. With no experience Julian began his self taught career as a music producer, and has now worked with many artists including: Dolly Party, Boy George, LeAnn Rimes, Whitney Houston, Erin Hamilton, Norma Lewis, Linda Clifford, Charo, Pepper Mashay, Kristine W, and Jenna Drey.
Julian was asked to produce his first CD compilation in 1997. Since then Julian has produced one CD for Rhino Records, 20 compilations for Centaur Entertainment, and one CD for Red Wallet Records.
In 2001, Julian developed a friendship with music composers, Jan Pulsford and Charles Green. Jan, Julian and Charles formed a collaboration known as JaJuCha, and continue to write and produce music.
Julian has never been attracted to the darker styles of music, but prefers happy up-beat, groovy, disco, house, Latin, and gospel inspired rhythms. Today, Julian resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he continues to DJ and produce music…
Syrinx
Syrinx grew up in the era of the old-school mix shows, and began to
learn how to mix beats and songs together on vinyl records! Then years
later, when CDs came out, he started to go out and hit the clubs.
Living in Cleveland, OH, while the Flats were the place to go, Syrinx
had spun at Fagen’s, Jimmy’s, and The Attic. Add in a couple hotel
lounge gigs and two years of cosmic bowling nights, and he really
started to master his skill as a mixologist.
Now at a new home on the radio, Syrinx is bringing you a retro-style
mix show that’s a shot of old classics, a splash of new hits, and
garnished with party flavor – every week on THE TIME WARP!
And yes, that show title is a reference to The Rocky Horror Picture
Show. Syrinx has been a cast member of The Fishnet Mafia, which is the
official RHPS shadowcast of Columbus, OH, since 2005. He also makes
the pre-show mixes that get played before every show.
Before taking the stage, he has been in various bands and currently
does websites and public relations for various organizations.

Doc Link
An education in Chicago’s house music history is deep in such institutions as The Warehouse, WBMX, and Grammaphone Records where many legends and renowned DJs learned their craft. DJ/producer Doc Link is no exception. Fascinated as a child by his older brother’s vinyl collection and later the club sets of Farley “Jackmaster” Funk, Gene Hunt, and Ron Hardy, Doc Link inevitably launched his own DJ career in 1987. His versatility and interest in genres ranging from soul and house to raw funk allowed Doc to develop a signature style of DJ’ing, mixing new and old, often including his own re-edits and versions of popular tracks. This dedication earned Doc Link a sterling reputation in his home city of Chicago and led to numerous appearances and gigs across the country.
As with most DJs and music obsessives, Doc found himself intrigued by the art of production and quickly set down that path. His production credits are as varied as his musical taste, including stints behind the mixing board for hip hop and soul acts and even creating jingles for Chicago urban radio stations. Soon he ventured into house remixing, and it was a winning collaboration with friend Roy Davis Jr. on “Dance Shake” that further propelled Doc Link into the limelight. Continued collaborations with Davis Jr. as well as a production alliance with Malik Alston for the classic “Back 2 Chicago” on King Street cemented Doc’s place in house music. In a major move, Doc Link formed Liberate Recordings in 2006 with fellow DJ/producer EMan, Liberate has given Doc even more chances to excel with the freedom to release his music unhindered by another label’s restraints.
Still, it’s behind the decks where Doc Link shines the brightest. His DJ sets are energetic, raw, and completely from the soul. With a love and knowledge of music as deep as his, Doc Link’s sets act as intricate statements on the history of house as he’s experienced it and a reflection on where it’s all going. Says Doc, “I knew i wasn’t just a listener when I started to hear the breaks, hooks, and melodies in the record when I wasn’t playing music.” Such attention to the music permeates Doc Link’s sets as well as his own tracks, making for a deeper experience on dancefloors everywhere.
Joe Bermudez
Attention all passengers: Prepare for a wild landing.
You’re about to enter the Bermudez triangle.
This is where the melody hits your chest like a crashing wave, where the pulsing bass rocks your head like a hurricane, and where – get ready!- you’ll be lost forever in the sea of the dance floor.
Joe Bermudez is your guide on this head-trip, and he knows just where to take you. The Boston based international DJ has emerged as one of the hottest talents on the global club scene, a sonic triple threat that brings the goods: the sound, the look, and the (lack of) attitude.
Whether he’s spinning live at clubs, remixing for the biggest names in music (Britney, Justin, Janet and just about anyone else you know by first name alone), or just sitting back and looking damn pretty, Bermudez has amassed a worldwide following for his seamless sets, pitch perfect productions, and willingness to play to the crowd: not his ego.
“By starting in radio, I learned how to program music for the masses,” explains Bermudez. At just 18 years old, on his own and without a paycheck, he was ballsy enough to walk into a local radio station and demand they hire him.
Lucky for the rest of us, they listened.
And while he hasn’t left radio behind, today Joe is the one being pursued; he’s got a weekly, national show on XM satellite radio, for starters.
But most importantly, his introduction to the music world set his expectations high and his ear planted firmly to the floor.
“By having a bigger audience from the start, I quickly learned how to keep a lot of people happy with what I play,” says Bermudez. “Even in my underground mixes, there’s an element of pop that attracts people who normally wouldn’t listen to the genre.”
A refreshing lack of pretense, and his willingness to cross genre boundaries has been hugely influential in Bermudez’ meteoric rise throughout the ranks of international DJs. Most recently, he released Mass Movement, his first artist compilation album for Nervous Records. The album spotlighted his boundary-defying skills and diversity in electro, house, and synthesized his ear for complex club jams with radio-friendly dance. The result was a smash album that earned Bermudez a 2007 International Dance Music Award (IDMA) nomination alongside Tiesto and Paul Van Dyk.
Indeed, 2007 was a major year for Joe: He was named one of the Top 20 DJs in the country by DJ Times (besting even legendary names like Junior Vasquez, Roger Sanchez and Felix da Housecat), and nominated for a second IDMA for Best Radio Mix Show DJ alongside Pete Tong. He’s also continued to churn out remixed and productions for major industry names, adding name upon name to his list of heavy-hitting clients.
And then, of course, there are those baby brown eyes.
Besides his killer club music, Bermudez’ look and personality are also a big part of the attraction. Like the music he spins, the DJ is warm and approachable, high energy and always ready for a good time. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that flocks of female fans (and hey, more than a few guys) swoon over Bermudez’ physical attributes. Even a simple Google search turns up more than a few remarks of the “what a hottie!” “soooo cute” and “OMG I LIKE TOTALLY LUV HIM LOL” variety.
Still, whether it’s his victories in the DJ booth or success with the ladies, Bermudez takes it all in stride.
“It’s all about the music for me,” says Bermudez. “I love being able to see the world by spinning at clubs all over the globe. But all I need is a crowd that loves what I’m doing. To keep them moving all night long, that’s the greatest perk of all.”
Perk up, baby. The audience is listening.
